Welcome to Livable Interiors. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Livable Interiors Website and our Interior Design services.
By accessing this website and utilizing our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Livable Interiors' website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Livable Interiors provides interior design, space planning, bespoke furniture manufacturing, and project execution services. All designs, renderings, and plans remain the intellectual property of Livable Interiors until full payment is received.
Clients agree to pay the fees as outlined in the accepted quotation or contract. Work will commence only upon receipt of the agreed initial deposit. Final payment is required prior to the delivery of furniture or the final handover of the interior space.
We allow a specified number of design revisions as outlined in your contract. Any further changes requested after the final approval of the design may incur additional costs and affect the project timeline.
While we strive to adhere strictly to the proposed project timelines, Livable Interiors shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, third-party contractors, or unavailability of specific materials.
Custom furniture and specific materials come with a standard warranty as explicitly stated in the handover document. Normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse or improper maintenance, are not covered under this warranty.
In no event shall Livable Interiors, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our services beyond the total amount paid by you for the services.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kerala for the resolution of any disputes.
